The Price Firm, PLLC is a Plano family law firm founded by husband-and-wife attorneys Eren and Waren Price. Together with associate attorney Jennifer Sawyer, our team brings more than 70 years of combined legal experience to families throughout Collin, Dallas, and Denton Counties. Every attorney at our firm is a former Texas prosecutor, and that trial experience shows in how we prepare every case, whether it settles at mediation or goes to a final hearing.

Eren Price

OWNER · FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

Eren Price leads the firm’s family law practice, representing clients in divorce, child custody, property division, and spousal maintenance cases across Collin, Dallas, and Denton Counties. Before focusing on family law, she spent nearly 18 years at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, where she served as Chief of the Crimes Against Children Division. Eren was selected to Texas Super Lawyers for Family Law in 2026.

Waren Price

OWNER · CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY

Waren Price leads the firm’s criminal defense practice. A former felony prosecutor who has tried approximately 100 cases before juries, he now defends people charged with DWI, assault, drug offenses, and other state criminal charges throughout North Texas. Waren is a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law and has been selected for the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Texas Super Lawyers for Criminal Defense in 2026.
