Every criminal case should be thoroughly investigated. This should be done by law enforcement before an arrest or prosecution is ever begun. Unfortunately, law enforcement is often only interested in developing evidence that supports your arrest. We want all the evidence uncovered. We will work with you to investigate your case. We will get discovery, police reports, witness statements and other evidence from the state. We will review that evidence carefully to identify any deficiencies or defenses. We will work with you and your witnesses to develop evidence to combat the state’s case. If expert witnesses or investigators are needed, we have access to them as well. We can prepare your case so that you go to court knowing you have the best chance to win.
Competent and aggressive legal representation is not free, but it can come at a reasonable price. We handle all criminal matters on a graduated flat-fee basis. We do not charge you for things that you do not want us to do. If you are not asking us to take your case to trial, then you should not be paying a trial fee.
